CASE STUDY:
LOSKIN WOOD CABINS
Client: Diverse Forests
Location: Cowal Peninsula,
West Coast of Scotland
Architect: Studio Wylde
Interior Designer: AdesignStorie
An eco-conscious woodland cabin experience designed by Diverse Forests to reconnect people with nature and let them take part in creating a new woodland.
This exciting project involved building 5 cabins and planting 15,000 trees for an initiative to create a new woodland in the West of Scotland. Guests staying in the cabins will be able to plant trees in the new woodland and learn about the work Diverse Forests do, establishing and maintaining woodlands for people and nature.
JBDA joined the team to create compelling marketing collateral, including CGI's and animation, which would showcase the unique offering at Loskin Wood as part of a prelaunch crowdfunding campaign, allowing Diverse Forests to start booking stays ahead of construction completion.
Funding has been successful and construction of the cabins has begun.

Marketing.
Here are the nine marketing visuals we created to sell the atmosphere and vibe of the cabins.
Hero Shot.
Two versions were required of the key visual: a before to show the newly built cabin in a young woodland, and an after to illustrate the growth of the woodland years later.
Interior Visuals.
Working with the interior designer for this project, we set out to convey a sense of warm, cosy belonging with the interior shots.
